Art Director, Track Lead & Designer (Contract)
On various occasions I’ve been helping out Facebook with their large scale conferences (F8 2018 & 2019, OC5) and also smaller in-house summits (CIPCO All-Hands, App Health Summit). I’ve produced the full experience and worked closely with speakers to create engaging and visually beautiful presentations – at times managing a team of 4 designers.
2010 – NOW: FREELANCE

As a freelance designer I manage entire projects for online and print. I work directly with the client, from concept to design to final production, making sure all deliverables exceed their expectations – on time and within their budget. I have established many relationships, collaborated with and managed developers, designers, photographers and printers.
2011 – 2018: JEWISH COMMUNITY CENTER OF SAN FRANCISCO
Freelance Sr. Designer
This position started as a simple project-based freelance gig and evolved into a ongoing freelance position as an in-house designer. It’s a fast-paced environment with many different stakeholders, strict deadlines and a big turn-around. I enjoy being part of a large marketing team, because I get to work with each team member as well as other departments. Projects range from assets for the organization’s website to animated online ads, from flyers to large scale banner ads and muni posters, from event invitations and promotion to multi-page brochures and magazines.
2007 – 2010: WESSLING CREATIVE GROUP
Art Director
As the art director for this boutique branding and design firm I led many highly creative projects. I learned to work with existing brand guidelines, but also to develop a new brand strategy from scratch. The execution resolved in various projects in web & print design, packaging, advertising, illustration, animation and video editing.

The clients of this advertising agency ranged from small, local businesses to large international companies. I worked closely with the creative director on every level of each project – from establishing strategies, executing the design to delivering final production files. Projects included branding, print ads, brochure and catalogue layout, POS campaigns and direkt marketing.

At this communications design agency I confirmed my love for design and established a strong passion to become part of this field. I was able to witness a team of high-level creatives and help out each member on rotation. I got my first training in Photoshop and Illustrator, created board presentations and built elaborate mock-ups for packaging & print design projects.
